Untitled from Eric Stewart on Vimeo.
Hot brakeless and pegless trickery from Sputnic’s Talem Cowart.
If I was ‘Thecomeup’, I might feel the need to point out the song was used before, and turn it into a big issue, but no, the song works really well for both videos and just reminds me to tell you to check out Kriss Kyle’s old DIG/BSD Exclusive.
Speak For Yourself: Isaac Lesser from Mike King on Vimeo.
This is the very first of the FFWD web series of ‘Speak For Yourself’ (S4Y).
S4Y is a totally unscripted interview, none of the typical ‘BMX questions’ everyone is so bored of hearing;
The idea is to sit a rider down infront of a camera, and just have a conversation with a bunch of friends with the aim of really getting the best out of someone.
Over the coming months FFWD will be doing several more of these interviews, with some highly recognisable names from within the BMX industry.
First up, is Mankind, ZEAL and Rockstar‘s Isaac Lesser, who in the last year, has made a strong name for himself, not only for being the friendliest guy in the UK BMX scene, but for his undeniable talent on a BMX.
Isaac got second place last year at the ‘Simpel Summer Session’ to Daniel Dhers, and is the only rider doing consistent barspin to hang 5′s.
We shot this on our final night in Estonia for the ‘Simpel Session’, just before we went to the after party, maybe this wasn’t the best of times to shoot an interview, but here’s a little insight into the mind of Isaac Lesser, as he gets in a few drinks…

Dean Manson from Sputnic BMX on Vimeo.
Pretty solid edit of Sputnic’s Dean Manson riding some trails.
Unit 23 will be the proud host of the ‘Fuel The Fire’ jam, taking place on the 24th of April, both ZEAL and Mint Distribution will be sponsoring the event so make sure you can make it!
An Afternoon In Watford from Mike King on Vimeo.
Watford, North London is home to some of the nicest riders to come out of London.
With what is far from a decent skatepark, it is beyond me how such a place has spawned such an array of talented riders.
We spent an afternoon hanging with some of the locals; with a brief interruption of rain, we headed into town to session a curved ledge untill the park was dry enough to sneak in a few more clips before the sun went down.
I missed a few names, but the main three riders you’ll see are Pete Briton, Jason C Earnscliffe and ZEAL’s new boy, Akin Hercules-Walker.

THE BAKOS INTERVIEW from alex on Vimeo.
This is, without a doubt, the most highly anticipated video ever to be released on the web…
